We begin the Advent season with a look at Isaiah 8:11 - 9:2. The scriptures concludes with these words :-

The people who walked in darkness
    have seen a great light;
those who dwelt in a land of deep darkness,
    on them has light shone.

This is our final week looking at the life of Joseph. The text is from Genesis 49:28 - 50:26

We have only a couple of weeks left looking at the the life of Joseph. Todays text is from Genesis 49:1-27

This year the service is different due to Covid-19 restrictions as we remember all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice of their lives in conflicts and whilst serving in the armed forces. 

The audio includes Craig Herbert playing 'Mist covered mountains' just before we go into the two minute silence which is followed by a reflective piece by a serving airman in Afghanistan. The minister concludes with a look back at some moving stories from service men.

We return to the story of Joseph from Genesis. The text is taken from Genesis 48:1-12.
